2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at mycad99. Owning multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Should such activity be detected, mycad99 reserves the right to:

• Suspending or closing all associated accounts without prior notice
• Voiding all accumulated wins and bonus balances in the account
• Reporting the activity to the relevant authorities if required

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information may result in account termination and cancellation of wins.

3.1 Deposit Methods

Mycad99 supports multiple deposit methods including FPX bank transfer, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed instantly once bank confirmation is received. mycad99 does not charge any processing fees on deposits.

3.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 per transaction

3.3 Withdrawal Procedure

Withdrawals at mycad99 are processed within 24 business hours for accounts that have completed KYC verification. For accounts that have not completed full identity verification, the first withdrawal may take up to 3 business days.

4.1 Rollover Requirements

Every bonus received carries a rollover requirement that must be fulfilled before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Rollover is calculated based on the bonus amount received multiplied by the rollover multiplier specified for each promotion.

4.2 Bonus Abuse Policy

5.1 Sports Betting

For matches postponed before kick-off, the full bet amount is refunded. For matches postponed after play has begun, the outcome depends on how much of the game was played in accordance with the relevant sports rules.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings
• Do not log in from public devices or unsecured Wi-Fi connections
• Always log out completely after using the platform on a shared device
• Report any suspicious activity in your account to mycad99 support immediately

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Using bots, automated scripts, or any unauthorised method to access the platform
• Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt mycad99's systems
• Initiating fraudulent or repeated transactions for deceptive purposes
• Use of credit cards or bank accounts not belonging to yourself
• Any activity related to money laundering

As a licensed platform, mycad99 is required to verify the identity of all members before processing their first withdrawal. This process is known as KYC (Know Your Customer).

7.1 Required Documents

• Valid MyKad or passport copy (front and back)

7.2 KYC Processing Time

8.2 Self-Exclusion Program

Members who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a temporary self-exclusion (between 1 month and 5 years) or a permanent self-exclusion. Requests can be submitted directly through your account settings or by contacting support. Permanent self-exclusion is final and cannot be reversed.

The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision shall be interpreted to the fullest extent permitted by law. The invalidity of any single provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions in this document.
